What is the delivery time?
We use PostNL and they will deliver the order to the address provided. The estimated delivery time within the Netherlands is 2 to 3 business days. Within Europe the delivery time is between 2 and 5 working days.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping in the Netherlands is free from 60 euros. For orders under 60 euros, we charge a shipping rate of 6.95 euros. Shipping within the EU is free from 125 euros. For orders under 125 euros, shipping costs are calculated during the checkout process based on where the order is going.
How will I receive my order?
We use PostNL and they will deliver the order to the address provided.
Is it possible to track my order?
Yes, that is possible. You will receive a Track & Trace code from us with which you can follow your order.
