Is it possible to return my order?
If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option of returning them within 14 days of receipt. When returning a product, the return costs are for yourself. As soon as we receive the return shipment we will make sure that the full purchase amount will be refunded as soon as possible.
How can I return my order?
Send an e-mail to info@positivityshop.nl and we will send you the return label.
Return conditions:
Products that are returned must meet the following conditions. If this is not the case, Positivity Shop has the right to refuse returns or to settle a depreciation.
- The products must be returned within 14 days.
- Products returned must be undamaged, unworn and complete.
- Products must be returned in suitable outer packaging.
- No stickers and/or tape may be affixed to the original product packaging.
- Writing on the original product packaging is not permitted.
