Hi dear you, welcome to Positivity Shop!
My name is Kimberly Esmee and I am the Founder of Positivity Shop. My entrepreneurial journey began when I started my own fashion and beauty blog at 19. I had just finished my fashion education and was planning to have a gap year and work temporarily in the hospitality industry.
When I was 20, I suffered a severe burn-out, which was followed by a very intense and necessary period of self-care. Since then, I have learned to listen very well to my intuition, to follow my heart and to always put self-care at the top of my priority list.
From burn-out to Positivity Shop
When I slowly emerged from my burnout, I wanted to share my story on my blog and social media channels. Because if I had suffered from burn-out at the age of 20, I am sure I would not have been the only one...
It turned out to be true! I received a lot of reactions from other millennials who had the same complaints (to a lesser or greater extent). Questions about how I overcame my burn-out and how I was able to be so positive in life kept pouring in, causing me to share more and more about creating a positive mindset, the importance of self-care and my affinity with spirituality.
I have been blogging for almost 10 years now and in the meantime I have also had a Positivity Membership and a podcast. But, I still had a very big dream: a self-care webshop with products that give positive energy! In April 2021 I started designing the first products and thus Positivity Shop was born.
